We are proud to supply local meat to local people. The majority of the meat that we serve is from our own award winning stock at Grange Farm, Little Chesterton or we source the finest meat from other local farmers.
On our butchers counters you will find an inspiring selection of meat for any occasion. As well as traditional cuts we also offer a variety of creative, seasonal, ready to cook meat products. Whatever you choose, you can be assured of provenance in the meat and quality in the flavour.
Our skilled Master Butchers have decades of knowledge and experience so you can be assured that you are in safe hands, they are happy to offer advice on cuts of meat, cooking tips and product details.
We make all our own sausages and burgers, choose from a variety of flavours from Traditional, Caramelised Onion, Cracked Black Pepper, Pork & Apple, Cumberland, Pork & Leek, Honey & Mustard, Chilli, Beef & Horseradish, Lamb & Herb (to name a few!)
